Bottled Desires

They say am pure.Such Slashing irony that welts my soul.
The warmth of the sun fondling my skin, feel of my hair swaying with the
wind,a lover's flirting turning me pink..can
I not ever realize these sublime whims?

Veiled, curbed and throttled by barriers of sins. They name it holy. They call it norms.
Mores, customs, traditions..so on and so forth.

Buried deep within peeps out Life at times, drops of burning desire, slap of the social satire
teasing me and testing me, beckoning me to smell what feels like free air.
Lord Could I ever....?

I dont mean to make a loud socio-cultural comment here. All of us, but do, face a phase where life might seem a bit unfair. Be it the binding rules that mould into a social stigma, or some injustice shaping into a way-of-living with endless practice.
The agony of any suppressed soul is beyond my power of expression.
